RETURNS

- Graphics and image assets
Digital images may not be returned or refunded, but if you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please contact us at support@creativecloseup.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

- Software
Software can be returned within 10 days ONLY due to technical reasons. Refunds will only be processed when the technical support team for that software has determined that nothing else can be done to make the software work in the client’s computer. Compatibility issues is not considered a reason for a refund, unless the Technical Requirements of the software are wrongly stated in the product page. Refunded software will have its license key/s revoked and the customer’s copy will not work anymore unless a new copy is purchased.
